Faithful Purpose is operated by D.D. Rhymer. You can reach us any time at Dee@ddrhymer.com.

• Account information — your name and email address, plus a securely hashed password or the identifier from Google or Apple if you sign in that way.
• Onboarding and assessment answers — the faith path, focus areas, reflection answers, and self-care goals you choose to share.
• Your reflections — journal entries, mood check-ins, affirmations you save, and your conversations with the AI mentor.
• Subscription information — your plan, trial status, and billing history. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Reviews and suggestions — anything you submit through the review or community suggestion forms.
• Basic usage data — pages visited and general device information, used to keep the app working well.

• To create your account and keep you signed in.
• To personalize your daily encouragement, scriptures, affirmations, and mentor responses.
• To show your own progress back to you over time.
• To process subscriptions, trials, and renewals.
• To respond when you contact us, and to improve the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your journal entries or mentor conversations for advertising.

Journal entries, mood check-ins, assessment answers, and mentor conversations are private to your account. They are protected by row-level security rules so that only your signed-in account can read them. Reviews are the exception: when you submit one and it is approved, your review text and first name may appear publicly — your email address never does.

A small number of trusted providers help run Faithful Purpose: our hosting and database provider (which stores your account and content), Stripe (payments), and an AI provider that generates mentor responses from the message you send. Providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your content for their own purposes.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, journal entries, reflections, and mentor history are deleted with it. Limited billing records may be retained where the law requires it.

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete individual entries at any time from inside the app.
• Delete your account and everything in it.
• Opt out of non-essential email.

To make any of these requests, email Dee@ddrhymer.com. We respond within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped to your own account, and administrator accounts are required to use two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, but we take the trust you place here seriously.

Faithful Purpose is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.
